This camp will arm you with the information and training needed
when you return home. When the camp ends the training begins.
The Camp is broken into 4 Sessions -
1. Evaluation and Training Mindset
2. Swing Efficiency Part 1 (Video Analysis)
3. Swing Efficiency 2/Speed/Power
4. Timing/Power/Game Performance (Putting it all together)
At the end of the camp you will have a systematic Routine
To Follow that does not involve fancy gadets. Simplistic ways to improve.
We will also help each player with a training plan personalized to them.
Giving you plenty of tools and information to run with when the camp
is over.
Day 1 Begins With Evaluations
We have created a system to evaluate players efficiency, power output,
Ball flight, Bat Speed, Ball Exit Velocity, and personal tendencies.
Our goal by the end of the first session is for every player to know exactly
where they are RIGHT NOW, Which helps determine what needs to be
done.
Session 2 In Depth Video Analysis of Swing Efficiency
We have created a 7 Check Point System and efficiency rating. You will see clearly how your swing compares to major league hitters
and what and how you can improve.
We will show you why so many hitters create bad ball flight and drills and exercises
to improve ball flight almost instantly.
Session 3 - The System
We will show you the "system" that we use to improve swing efficiency,
bat speed, ball exit velocity. The system has been tested for the past 15
years. We will also show you how you can personalize the system to meet
your personal needs.
Session 4 - Timing & Mindset Game Time Performance
None of this matters unless you can be "On-Time". The right place at the right time.
We will cover our 4 Rules of Timing and exactly HOW you can easily implement
our training to simplify your approach to hitting.
We will give you a system to follow and show you how to personalize
the system to meet your individual strenths and areas of weakness.
