The Total Baseball/Softball Power System
______________________________________________
A Development System For Long Term
Baseball and Softball power Development
______________________________________________

Consider This -

1.  Velocity Training is a long time
committment.  It's not short term, quick fix.

2.  We have created a successful system in
which ranks,tracks,and measures a players
entire power development.

3.  Emphasizing both throwing and hitting
velocity, the TBP/TSP program provides
each athlete with an exact place of develpment.

4.  The Mult-Tiered system has been called
the video games of baseball/softball development.
The concept has also been compared closely to
the Belt System in Karate.

Total Baseball Power allows every player
to accurately define where they are right now
and create exact short term and long term
goals.

Emphasis on Developing The Baseball/Softball Player as an athlete.
Our System Emphasis - "Athletic Hitting/Athletic Throwing"

1.  Be An Athlete first

2.  Be An Athlete when you swing, and when you throw.

3.  Emphasis on movements, and how you can move better.

4.  Get Stronger, faster, quicker, more agile.  The more athletic the better.

5.  Build a bigger motor.  Add strength to the athleticism.

6.  Infuse athleticism into each throw, each swing, stay away
from looking robotic.

7.   Use "intent driven training" and "objective feedback" as the primary focus
when developing technique and movement patterns.    As opposed to an
environment that is driven through some coaches opinion.

8.  One ideal mechanical model does not exist in our Academy.
Instead we allow the player to arrive at his own personal movement
pattern with guidance of what it's like to be more or less efficient.

9.   Each player is unique so we don't force one way on each player.
We don't believe their is one right way to throw a baseball or hit a baseball.
We do believe their is a best way for each individual to throw or hit.

10.  Mindset.  We create a culture and environment that encourages
and emphasizes aggressiveness.  We embrace failure and believe
that learning how to self adjust from failure is the greatest path
to learning.    Trial and error is not only neccesary it is a crucial
part of the deveopment process.

True Velocity Development Takes Time, dedication, and work. Here is a great example of gradual development.
Xander Rojahn began training in the 4th grade. Set's his own personal throwing record of 88mph in 8th grade and then 97mph as a sophomore.
Xander Rojahn 97mph Throwing Speed as a sophomore
Jack Ryan reaches 83mph throwing velocity as a 6th grader, then 90mph as an 8th Grader.

Austin Foote went from a 70mph pitcher to 88mph and landed at Indiana University
Austin Foote - Indiana University LHP
In about 2 years I have gained
14mph on my fastball because
of this great training.

I would definitely recommend
Fastball USA to anyone who wants
to work hard and has the goal of
playing at the next level.

It is a great way to specifically
train for baseball and improve
your game the right way.

Mike Giovenco went from 91mph to 96mph to become drafted out of a Division 3 School.
Mike Giovenco - KC Royals Organization
Fastball USA  prepared me for pro ball, and currently I have over 100 innings on my arm this year, and I have to thank you for teaching me the importance of arm care.

In the past, my arm would usually be in pain around this time of year, and I would be experiencing "dead arm". But currently my velocity is still sitting in the 90-93 range and topping around 95mph.

I just wanted to thank you for everything, and please continue to stress the importance of arm care, flexibiltiy, and good old fashioned hard work to the rest of the guys.

Thanks,
Mike Giovenco

The REALITY IF you want to play at the higher levels
After years of developing pitchers and position players to play professional or collegiate baseball it occured to me that most player just don't have a clear defined plan from the time they are young until the time they are older.

High School athletes begin to realize that in order to play at the highest levels it takes a lot more than they thought.   Throwing strikes, making contact, is something that everyone can do that level.

The difference is the speed of the game.   When you have runners going down to first base in 3.4 seconds, you better have a hose to throw him out.     The speed of the game is vastly misunderstood for players in youth and high school baseball.

The field get's bigger.   When it does the game get's harder for those who can't run, can throw with great speed, or can't hit with some power.

Ryan Hinchley Drafted in the 9th round of the 2015 draft by the Chicago White Sox
Ryan Hinchley went from 78mph to 90mph in 1 off-season his junior year.
